Whom Supervision Is For

Supervisions are offered for specialists working within the framework of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) who need professional support in addressing complex or challenging cases.

Complex situations may include:

  • The appearance of dangerous behavior in a client
  • A sudden negative change in a client’s behavior
  • Behaviors the specialist has not encountered before
  • Difficulty identifying effective reinforcers
  • Lack of progress or results with the client

Challenging or unclear situations may include:

  • Suspected physiological factors influencing behavior
  • Lack of support from the client’s caregivers or environment
  • Ethical questions or professional dilemmas

How Supervision Works

Email me directly olga@parent-academy.com and let me know what day works best for you. If your situation is urgent, please mention that in your message. At least 12 hours before the meeting, send me any materials related to the case you’d like to discuss. If the question involves a client’s behavior, include a short 1–2 minute video showing what happens before and after the behavior. Be sure to inform the client’s caregivers that you’ll be sharing the video. If they don’t give permission, let me know — we’ll discuss which other documents or records you can share instead.

Supervision lasts one hour. Payment is made after the session. You’ll receive payment details by email once the date is confirmed. The cost of one hour of supervision is $100.

All supervisions are conducted online via Zoom.
