If your situation is urgent, please mention that in your message.\n\nAt least 12 hours before the meeting, send me any materials related to the case you\u2019d like to discuss.\nIf the question involves a client\u2019s behavior, include a short 1\u20132 minute video showing what happens before and after the behavior.
